PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display module having a separation type reflection plate and a method for controlling an incident light path are provided to prevent deterioration in contrast due to external lights. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display module includes a liquid crystal panel(2), and a reflection plate(3) that is separated from the liquid crystal panel to reflect lights inputted from a back light to provide light to the liquid crystal panel and, simultaneously, reflects external lights to the direction of a lower panel of the liquid crystal display panel. The reflection plate is attached/detached to/from the liquid crystal panel. Lights passing through an upper panel of the liquid crystal display panel are reflected by the reflection plate so that the lights are not transmit through the lower panel of the liquid crystal display panel.
