The invention relates to a method for modifying the dyeing affinity of textile materials and transferring images onto an undyed textile surface. Said method involves placing and positioning or detecting the position of an undyed garment on a tray or marking base; applying continuos-beam laser radiation using a CO2 type laser with a wavelength of 0.6 +/- 0.2 for a period of between 100 and 300 microseconds, modifying the dyeing affinity by thermic effect and performing dyeing and washing. The invention can be used in the textile industry.
