The sunshade has a rectangular support frame (1) over which is stretched a cover and which is suspended on a symmetry axis (5) and with a tilting capability. The stand for the frame has four legs (4,6,8,10) in V-shaped pairs with an eye in the base of each V to support the ends (11,12) of the symmetry tilting axis. Each pair of standing legs is constructed in one piece and in the form of metal rods. The support frame consists of two longitudinal rods (13,15) and two lateral rods (14,16) joined by connecting elements at their ends.
