<p>The invention concerns an osteosynthesis plate (100) characterised in that it is provided with four branches (101, 102, 103, 104) mutually connected in pairs at the four summits (110) perforated each with a bore (112) designed to co-operate with a fixing screw and the width (l) of at least one of the branches is less than the diameter (D) of said bores (112) so as to constitute an adjusting branch capable of being deformed so as to modify the space between two summits (110) located at the ends of said adjusting branch. The invention is applicable to maxillofacial surgery, in particular for maxillary, particularly, mandibulary osteotomy.</p> |
