A main yoke (12) which surrounds the periphery of an exciting coil (10), has a pair of opposingly facing polar teeth (12a,12b) positioned at axial opposite end portion of a central hole (11) of the exciting coil. A cylindrical permanent magnet (13) arranged in the central hole, is movable in axial direction and polarizes into north and south pole in radial direction.
