A system and method for collecting and distributing designed to address the update timeliness of data changes. The system and method uses the "Organizational Directory Management Services" (ODMS) approach to maximize a needed business management tool with current technology capability. In one aspect, ODMS is used to efficiently collect and analyze data for scheduled events, such as collecting data regarding a waste route.
