PURPOSE: A sloped vibrating screen separator is provided, which discharge sticky solid matter smoothly by differentiating sloped degree of four stage screens. And only one motor is mounted on the center of vibrating screen thus simplifying the facility. CONSTITUTION: The separator comprises a vibrating screen(3), four supporting columns(5,5',7,7'), a connecting beam(13), a rubber plate(40), a vibrating motor(15), a distributing tank(21) and a wastewater discharge line(29). The vibrating screen(3) is mounted on four springs(11) of four supporting columns(5,5',7,7') sinking forward and is vibrated by the vibrating motor(15) that is fixed on an H-beam(13). The screen(3) is protected by guides(9) at right and left sides and is sloped forward by 23 degrees at first stage(P1) to separate solid matter and liquid, by 34 degrees at second stage(P2) to accelerate moving of separated solid matter, by 21 degrees at third stage(P3) to harden accelerated solid matter and by 26 degrees at fourth stage(P4) to exfoliate hardened solid matter.
