For the better cooling of drive electronics, particularly distributed over a robot, and for avoiding mechanical and geometrical influences on the robot structure by the heating thereof as a result of the heat generated in the drive electronics, in the case of a robot with distributed drive electronics, the invention provides for each drive electronics to be connected in thermally insulated manner to the robot structure.
