<p>In order to administer commodity dealings integrally so that the genuineness of a commodity may be confirmed when the commodity is distributed or transferred to a consumer to establish the credit of the consumer, a commodity identifier is registered, when manufactured, in integral administration means (310), and commodity inspecting/registering means (210) for communicating with the commodity identifier is also registered and administered. When the features and attributes of the commodity are to be written in the commodity identifier, it is confirmed that the commodity inspecting/registering means (210) has been registered and then that the commodity identifier has been registered, and the commodity attributes are registered in the integral administration means (310).
