PURPOSE: A device for cutting stone is provided which reduces environmental pollution and loss of resources due to generation of waste stone and easily cuts the stone to a desired shape by cutting the stone as rotating circular shaped straight rotation blades and moving the rotation blades along the cutting line. CONSTITUTION: The device for cutting stone comprises a cutting blade part(10) which is directly contacted with the cutting part of a raw stone, and in which the stone is ground and cut by rotation of rotating blades(3) that are positioned in front of the cutting blade part(10); a power impression part(30) which is positioned on the upper side surface of the cutting blade part(10), and in which first and second rotation motors are carried to supply force so that not only rotary power is added to a rotation axis(1) of the cutting blade part(10), but also the rotation axis(1) is vertically reciprocated; and a work table(50) which sets working positions so that the power impression part(30) and the cutting blade part(10) are easily installed, wherein the cutting blade part(10) further comprises a rotation axis(1) which is rotated by directly receiving rotary power from the power impression part(30), rotation blades(3) which are adhered onto the rotation axis(1) along a length direction of the rotation axis(1) with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, and a cutting blade part mount(5) in which the rotation axis(1) is supported to gaps between the rotation blades(3) using rotation axis fixing elements, and in which water passages are formed so as to remove dust and heat generated by the rotation blades(3) during grinding of the stone, wherein the power impression part(30) further comprises first and second motors so that belts are connected to pulleys of the motors so as to transmit power, and wherein the work table(50) further comprises an upper rail and a leg part. |
