PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a banner support is provided to make it easy to strongly fix the banner, and to eliminate the use of disposable material including a string and a square wood bar. CONSTITUTION: An upper and a lower connection plates for banner support are fixed on the upper and the lower sides of an outer rod, and especially the upper connection plate is provided with an adhesive plate. After connecting a fastening rod to the connection plates, a rotating shaft and a center rod connection member(4) are fixed beneath the bottom surface of the lower connection plate. A center rod control nut(6) is inserted through a top hole of the center rod connection member, and a center rod control bolt(7) integrated with a spring(8) is fitted in a bottom hole of the center rod connection member. Then, a center rod controller connecting pin(5) is fitted in a bore of the bolt so that the pin is slidable along the groove of a center rod controller connector(9) to move the nut upward and downward, thus a center rod is able to be separated from the rotating shaft and the center rod connection member. |
