PURPOSE: A welfare store type shopping mall operation system and method is provided to operate a plurality of shopping mall sites, divided according to the company, and to limit a user of a shopping mall site to only workers of a specific company so that it can increase shopping mall users and reduce a cost for producing a welfare type shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a database construction step(S10), a shopping mall production step(S12), a site access step(S14), an authentication step(S16), a shopping step(S18), a purchase order step(S20), a payment check step(S22), a purchase allowance step(S24), a delivery order step(S26), and a delivery check step(S28). The database includes a worker management database and a commodity management database. In the authentication step(S16), a pop-up window for authenticating an access user is generated over a shopping mall site, enables the user to input a worker identification number and a password for accessing a main page. Then, a server checks the input identification number and the password by comparing the input data with the data stored in the database. After passing the user authentication step, the user selects commodities over the main page, requests a purchase on the selected commodities, and selects a payment method like a conventional electronic shopping process.
