PURPOSE: A remote education service system and method is provided to enable a student to ask written questions during a lecture and enable a teacher to make real time written answers or comments on solutions offered by the student so that it can enhance a learning efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of displaying a time table(S10), applying a lecture(S20), giving a lecture(S40), and enabling a student to ask questions(S50). In the time table displaying step(S10), a server offers lecture time tables based on the time table from each teacher. In the lecture application step(S20), the students apply lectures offered on the site by using the lecture time table. In the lecturing step(S40), a teacher establishes an online lecture place on the site by accessing a terminal to the server, and gives a corresponding lecture by using an electronic pen and a microphone. During the lecture, the student can ask a question of the teacher by using a practice board, then the server transmits the question to a lecture frame on the teacher terminal, and the teacher can transmit the answer to the student via the server.
