Operation method for a digital information-processing device, more precisely to arrange that the use of digital information, which either is introduced by means of an information carrier or is made available or stored in the information-processing device by a cable-connected or wireless information communicator, is only possible when the possibly periodical, respective license conditions are fulfilled, characterised in that a control-device with control-information is connected to a gate, or presented to an IC-card reader, of the information-processing device and that, before the digital information can be used or accessed by the information-processing device, is controlled by means of an operating program whether at least a part of the possible registration and/or domain code of the to be used information is conform with at least a part of the control-information of the control-device, where the use of or the access to the digital information equipped with a registration and/or domain code is only authorised if there is conformity. |
