<p>3,4-Dihydroisoquinoline derivative compounds represented by the following general formula (I) (wherein each symbol has the meaning as specified in the description) or nontoxic salts thereof. Because of having a CB2 receptor agonist activity, the compounds represented by the general formula (I) are useful in preventing and/or treating various diseases, for example, asthma, nasal allergy, atopic dermatitis, autoimmune diseases, rheumatish, immnodeficiency, postoperative pain and carcinomatous pain.</p> |
