One end of intestine is suspended into a suspending unit (4) and is conveyed to a heater (7) for heating. Subsequently, the other end of the intestine is suspended in the suspending unit and is heated in the heater to obtain natural intestine sausage. The sausage is suspended in heating liquid (8) during heating which is contained in a bath arranged above the heater. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for preparation of natural intestine sausage.
