A gearshift lever bearing arrangement is described. The vibration damper packet (3) comprises two separate identically designed vibration damper flange bushes plugged with radial pre-tension into the bearing eye (60) which are axially spaced from one another. Each comprises an inside friction-reducing coated sliding bearing flange bush (7) with an axial shoulder flange (5) and a jutting-out elastomeric bush (9) supported on the bearing eye and located in pre-assembled fashion outside on this sliding bearing flange bush. The sliding bearing flange bushes are supported coaxially on a distance bush (21) in sliding fashion that fixes directly the axial spacing between the axial shoulder flanges.
