The system has concrete parts with inner tracks formed in them and a fluid-impermeable layer. A closed pipe system generates good heat transfer. Compressed air valves with air pressure chambers (1,4) two way valves (2,3), three way valves (5,7) and a compressor (6) are used to control the supply of heating or cooling fluid.
