PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a banner support is provided to make it easy to strongly fix the banner without requiring various auxiliary fasteners, and to eliminate the use of disposable material including a string and a square wood bar. CONSTITUTION: An upper and a lower connection plates for banner support are fixed on the upper and the lower sides of an outer rod, and especially the upper connection plate is provided with a pulley. After connecting a fastening rod to the connection plates, a rotating shaft and a center rod connection member(5) are fixed beneath the bottom surface of the lower connection plate to make it easy to insert a wire fixing nut connection bolt(7) through a lower end of a center rod assembled in the outer rod. A nut(6) is inserted through a bottom hole(A) of the center rod connection member, and the bolt capable of controlling the center rod, integrated with a spring is fitted in a top hole(A) of the center rod connection member so that the bolt and the nut are fastened. By virtue of the action between the nut connected with a wire(16) and a center rod control lever(12), the bolt is able to be moved upward and downward to separate or assemble the center rod.
