PURPOSE: An automatic credit card loss reporting and warning system and an operating method thereof are provided to prevent payment by a lost credit card by verifying the credit card using a card-reader embedding an individual encoder. CONSTITUTION: An individual encoding card-reader realizing a card value encoding operating system comprises a card-reader generalizing device, an individual encoding factor memory, an encoding operator and an automatic individual encoding factor output device. A server system authenticating users and payment authentication and processing the lost credit cards comprises a payment authentication system, a user identification system and a lost card processing system. A user authentication and payment supporting operating system comprises a hot-line connecting system, an automatic alarm sound generating system and an automatic lost card user pursuing system.
