The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dental magnetic attachment with minimal gap between the magnetic assembly and keeper, that is easy to install and that results in a denture that is easy to put in and take out. The magnetic attachment of the present invention has the basic structure of a magnetic attachment with a magnetic apparatus 1 which exerts magnetic attractive force and keeper 2 that is attracted to a magnetic apparatus 1. The keeper 2 has a convex part 21 and an attractive face 211. The magnetic apparatus 1 includes magnetic assembly 1 having attractive face 112 and permanent magnet 14 and non-magnetic guide ring 12 made of non-magnetic material around the magnetic assembly 11. The non-magnetic guide ring 12 and the attractive face 211 form a concave part 120 which fits to the convex part 21 of the keeper 2. <IMAGE>
