PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection barrier film having reduced reflection on the interface between layers even when the number of stacked layers is increased and having good antireflection characteristics. SOLUTION: The antireflection barrier film is obtained by alternately stacking one or more inorganic films each comprising one or more inorganic constitutional films and one or more organic films on a transparent substrate. The combination of the thickness and optical characteristics of the inorganic and organic films are chosen in such a way that reflection on the interface between those films is reduced. |
