<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying vehicle capable of keeping a cargo clean when traveling and transferring the load. SOLUTION: A second storage chamber 34 is mounted into a first storage chamber of quadrangular shape rotatably by a motor or the like. The side face of the second storage chamber 34 is provided with an opening 34a for moving a cargo to a cassette station 32, and a fan filter unit 35 is fitted to a face opposed to the opening 34a. When transferring the cargo, filtered air is exhausted toward the opening 34a from the fan filter unit 35.</p> |
