摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture such an optical path changing structure as stably feeding optical signals to a photo diode by using a usual semiconductor process so that its precise manufacturing position and changing angle are obtained and moreover reproducibility is faithfully attained. SOLUTION: A high-speed optical input signal is converted into an electric signal by an optic/electric transducer such as the photo diode after being amplified by a fiber amplifier 41 and simultaneously 0/1 of the signal is discriminated by an identification circuit 42, and the discriminated signal is separated into plural low-speed signals by a low-speed converting circuit 43. The high-speed optical signal is inputted into a package 44 and the electric signal which is converted into the low-speed signal by an electronic circuit within the package 44 is taken out to the outside of the package 44 by incorporating the identification circuit 42 and the low-speed converting circuit 43 into one package 44.
