PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor ventilation amount controller which can effectively utilize energy and ventilate and air condition with a proper quantity of air, according to the operation state of a fuel apparatus. SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with gas flow meters 11 which detect the quantity of fuel supplied to a combustion apparatus arranged indoors, an exhaust fan 19 for indoor use; and an air conditioner 44, and a control unit 15. The control unit 15 receives the detection data from the gas meters 11 and outputs a control signals, on the basis of the detection data, and controls the amount of ventilation by the exhaust fan 19 for indoor use and the action of the air conditioner 44. The ventilation is performed in meter rate ventilation air-conditioning mode, when the gas flow meter 11 detects usage of gas. Moreover, when the gas flow meter 1 detects that the gas flow is zero, the control unit 15 outputs a small-quantity-of-air ventilation control signal which makes it perform ventilation in small ventilation air conditioning mode small in amount of ventilation to the exhaust fan 19 for indoor use. Therefore, ventilation and air conditioning in a proper quantity of air can be conducted, according to the operation state of a fuel apparatus.
