PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of wave power generation and manufacturing method of making the wave power generation facility, for producing an electric power of non-environmental disruption by generating high electric power using a low cost facility which converts efficiently an energy of wave into an energy of shaft rotation, the generation method is different from methods of wave power generation known in the prior art. SOLUTION: A part from a wave power absorption structure body 2 and basic structure body 3, the wave power generation facility is provided with an energy absorbing structure body 20 and an electric power generator 50, and having a power generator 4 which generates an electricity by rotation of transmission shafts for power generation 66, 45 and 47, additionally, the relationship between the wave power absorption structure body 2 and the basic structure body 3 is that the wave power absorption structure body 2 is exist always on the surface of the sea, and is in the conditions for repeating up-and-down motions by buoyancy. On the other hand, the basic structure body 3 is fixed in the sea by the dead weight and supporting power of a plural number of piles 8 exist with the basic structure body. The wave power generation facility having steel rods for supporting the facility to prevent the separation by one or a plural number of poles 5 for fixing the facility between the wave power absorption structure body 2 and the basic structure body 3.
