PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving IC thermocompression bonding device which can carry out easily and speedily positioning for thermocompression bonding between a connection terminal of a liquid crystal display panel and an output terminal of a liquid crystal driving IC while properly preheating the terminal part of the liquid crystal display panel.
