PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lifting of an electrode material to be inspected resulted from the pressing of a contact and the electrode to be inspected regardless of the sure electric connection of the contact with the electrode to be inspected. SOLUTION: This sheet-like electric connection device comprises a conical contact, and the contact has an apex angle of 100-175 deg.. Since the top part of the contact is pierced to the electrode of the sheet-like body to be inspected when the contact and the electrode to be inspected are relatively pressed, the contact is thus surely electrically connected to the electrode. A partial force for partially pressing the electrode of the body to be inspected in a direction parallel to the body to be inspected acts on the electrode. However, since the apex angle of the contact is as large as 100 deg. or more, such a partial pressure is small, compared with the partial force vertically acting on the body to be inspected, so that the lifting of the electrode material is never caused.
