PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually perform speed change during the malfunction of select or shift solenoid valves. SOLUTION: A shift lever selectively engaged with a plurality of fork shafts by a select lever rocks the fork shafts in the axial direction. A controller 41 controls the select solenoid valve 31 for driving a select air cylinder 18 and the shift solenoid valve 32 for driving a shift air cylinder 19. A change over means 42 can switch the select lever and shift lever without operating a change lever 33 and the aid of the solenoid valves and has an emergency operation lever 43 operated by the driver, a select lever change over mechanism 50 for disengaging the engagement of the select lever with the select air cylinder 18 and engaging the select lever with the emergency operation lever 43 and a shift lever change over mechanism 60 for disengaging the engagement of the shift lever with the shift air cylinder 19 and engaging the shift lever with the emergency operation lever 43.
