PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A shutter device 1, closing device, is provided with a closing body 11 closing a closing part 3 to be shut off moving toward a floor 2 and a sensing lever body 31 provided on the head side of the moving direction of this closing body 11. This sensing lever body 31 detects a block A preventing the movement of the closing body 11 by coming in contact with it. The shutter device 1 is provided with a contact part 51 maintaining an interval 50 regulating the movement toward the floor 2 of this closing body 11 with connecting the closing body 11 and preventing detect of the floor 2 with the sensing lever body 31.
