PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operating noises and impulse sounds due to closing operation as well as to simplify the structure of an operation part. SOLUTION: The plane lattice is composed of a frame body 4 which consists of a top frame 4a, a bottom frame 4b and right and left vertical frames 4c, 4c or a frame body which consists of the top frame 4a, the bottom frame 4b, a dividing support 4d and the right and left vertical frames 4c, 4c, plural louver slats 8 which are located in parallel between the both vertical frames 4c, 4c or between the vertical frame 4c and the dividing support 4d and are made movable through supporting axes 18c, 19c, an operating part which operates revolving movement by linking with a lever 19d assembled to a supporting axis 19c at the base end of the louver slats 8. The operating part 12 is equipped with an operating arm 12c which converts the up and down movement of the operating part 12 to the revolving movement by linking with a convex axis 19f assembled to the lever 19d.
