METHOD FOR COATING ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING FILM

PURPOSE: A method of coating metal particles on the case of electronic device by detonation gun spraying is provided to shield electromagnetic interference. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that a kind of metal particles selected from Al. Cu, Zn and their alloys is coated on the case of electronic device at a spray speed of greater than 300 m/sec by detonation gun spraying in a thickness of less than 200 micrometers, and then cooled by air injection right after detonation gun spraying, wherein the size of metal particle is 10 to 40 micrometers.
