<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently inspecting a product by effectively utilizing inspection instruments and integratedly managing inspection results. SOLUTION: An inspection device movably mounting plural inspection instruments and a personal computer for managing inspection results is used. An inspector moves the inspection instruments between plural production areas separately installed in a plant, and sequentially conducts sampling inspection of the product. Useless duplication of inspection instruments is avoided, inspection is efficiently conducted, and integrated management of inspection results is made possible.</p> |
