<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device constituted by slidably connecting horizontal handrails arranged up and down with freely tilting vertical handrails, simplified in construction work on a wall face and changeable in angles by vertical and horizontal grip parts to change a form of the handrail, and being convenient in rising and standing up. SOLUTION: This handrail device is constituted such that the horizontal handrails provided with mutually opposing fixed pats fixed on a substrate member and pipeline horizontal grip parts connecting the fixed parts are arranged up and down and the freely tilting vertical handrails are slidably connected between the up and down horizontal grip parts of the horizontal handrails.</p> |
