PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural concrete panel improving strength of a building, promoting assembling work, reducing a construction cost, easy in transport and handling, enabling assembling without help of an expert and easy in demolition and reconstruction after construction, a manufacturing method therefor and a construction method of the building using this concrete panel. SOLUTION: In this concrete panel by penetratingly embedding reinforcing bars 12 in the longitudinal and lateral direction inside the concrete panel 1, cylindrical anchor nuts 13 are joined to one end or both ends of the reinforcing bars, and screw holes 18 of the anchor nuts are arranged so as to open in a prescribed position of a butt end surface of the concrete panel, and a suspending bolt and a connecting member for suspending the concrete panel can be replaceably screwed or fitted in the screw holes.
