PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff control apparatus for construction equipment, which sufficiently reduces its energy loss while alleviating mental burden on the operator. SOLUTION: The cutoff control apparatus is installed in the construction equipment having a plurality of actuators 7a, 7b,..., and a relief valve 10. According to the cutoff control apparatus, an oil temperature in a relief circuit 11 having the relief valve arranged thereacross, is detected by temperature sensors 22a and 22b, and a commanding current value A of a command signal S to a proportional solenoid valve 30 is controlled by a controller 23 according to the detected oil temperature. Then, a pressure value of pressure oil introduced from a pilot hydraulic pump 31 via conduits 29a and 29b and a shuttle valve 21 to a regulator 13 is regulated, to thereby reduce a discharge flow rate Q of a hydraulic pump 9 to a predetermined cutoff flow rate.
