PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a devise for generating of hydrogen so as to exchange a desulforization equipment quickly and easily and to avoid water flowing in certainly when the equipment is exchanged or at work of regeneration treatment. SOLUTION: To establish an auto closer system joint 19a and 19b which consist of a pair of a socket and a plug with a built-in an auto switch valve at a upstream side and a downstream side of a desulforization part 12 can make the part 12 to be quickly and easily removed when it is exchanged or at work of regeneration treatment. The socket and the plug which compose the joint 19a and 19b have the auto switch valve built-in, and therefore the part 12 can be automatically and tightly shut and avoid a inflow of water into the inside when it is removed.
