PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen sensor, using an oxygen permeable polymer capable of rapidly and uniformly dispersing an oxygen in a film. SOLUTION: An optical oxygen sensor comprises the oxygen permeable polymer and a dye compound. The polymer is, for example, at least one type selected from among the group consisting of a fluorine-containing polyether ketone and fluorine-containing polyether nitrile. The polyether ketone is a fluorine-containing arylether ketone polymer represented by formula (I), wherein X is a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a lower alkoxy group, q is an integer of 0 to 4, n is polymerization degree, m is an integer of 0 or 1, and R1 is formula (II), where the polyether nitrile is represented by formula (III).
