PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a waveform measuring device capable of entirely storing even a waveform having a long period in a display data memory without being influenced by a sampling rate and displaying it by displaying only the waveform in a range specified by a set level and performing only a time measurement without displaying the waveform. SOLUTION: In this waveform measuring device, a waveform data obtained by converting an analog input signal into a digital data and reading it in a memory is further converted into a display data and stored in the display data memory, and it is read and displayed on an indicator. This device comprises a function of displaying only the waveform data for an event specified by the set level and a means for displaying the time width between events for the range out of it.
