PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To navigate so as to maintain a specific distance from a light beam by visually confirming the light beam from a ship, and to accurately visually confirm the light beam even when navigating in either direction on a sea route in navigational aids for displaying the sea route by the sharp light beam irradiated in almost parallel to a water surface. SOLUTION: A reflecting means is used for reflecting the sharp light beam by mutually opposing two laser beams or reflecting the laser beams in the arrival direction, and even when navigating in either direction, scattered light generated in front of the light beam can be visually confirmed.
