PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely attach and detach bearing parts for supporting both ends of a tail roller in a belt conveyer including a mechanism for automatically controlling the tension of a belt. SOLUTION: In this belt conveyer A, snap rollers 5a, 5b provided on a support arm 6b are always pressed to one side and the other side of the outer periphery of a driving roller 4 on which a belt 3 is wrapped to apply moderate tension to the belt 3. Mounting ports 20 are cut out in both right and left corner parts of the end part of a conveying path c in the conveyer body a, and bearing members 10 for bearing both ends of the tail roller 2 are respectively mounted in the mounting ports 20, and a mounting groove 13 formed in each bearing body 10 is engaged with each port edge part 20a to 20c of the mounting port 20 to removably mount and support the bearing member 10 on the belt conveyer body a.
