PURPOSE: A massage treatment appliance is provided to achieve the massage effect and the acupuncture effect of a body as well as to prevent the breech delivery by correcting the posture of a fetus. CONSTITUTION: The massage treatment appliance comprises plural wheels(2) to be driven in the same direction by a chain belt(10) of a transmission motor(1). The transmission motor is constructed to be operated within a base member via the manipulation of a controller(13). A rotation shaft(4) to be rotated while keeping a same azimuth angle about a rotating shaft(3) of each wheel is formed at the edge of each wheel. The rotation shaft is fitted into a hole(8) of a ball bearing(7) provided on a plate(6) of a mat(5). The mat has plural hot acupuncture bosses(12) on the bottom surface.
