PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high display resolution in displaying distribution data obtained by a fluorescent X-ray analysis. SOLUTION: The display resolution is enhanced by data interpolating the distribution data obtained by the fluorescent X-ray analysis/measurement. The fluorescent X-ray analyzing apparatus 1 has a data interpolating means for the data interpolation. The data interpolating means reconstitutes a measurement area of X-ray intensity distribution data of fluorescent X rays and/or of derivative distribution data derived from the X-ray intensity distribution data, thereby forming a divided area for the distribution data, and obtains data of the divided area by data interpolating the X-ray intensity distribution data or the derivative distribution data in two dimensions. |
