PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure cable area ahead of a before and after guide roller moving freely without a guide with a secure temporary holding state along a outer tube. SOLUTION: A drive unit is at least constituted of a drive motor 7, a drum 9 given rotating power by the drive motor 7 and a cable 11 more extended from an before and after guide roller 19 guided by an outer tube 17 which is winded up at one end, it is wound off at the other end by the rotating of the drum 9. And a cable holding part 41 and a cable terminal holding part 43 are installed in the drive unit 1, and the cable 11 turning up from the before and after guide roller 19 along the outer tube 17 and a cable terminal part 21 are maintained temporarily in the cable holding part 41 and the cable terminal holding part 43 to be freely removable respectively.
