<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive temperature distribution measuring sensor using an optical fiber reduced in a measuring error caused by a wavelength of scattered light. SOLUTION: Anyone of optical fiber 13 for a sensor out of plural optical fibers 13 (13-1, 13-2,..., 13-n) for the sensors arranged in measured portions is selectively switched by an optical fiber switching device 14, a temperature inside a soaking case 18 arranged in the vicinity of the switching device 14 to cover one portion of the optical fibers 13 for the all sensors is measured by a temperature sensor 4, the scattered light from the optical fiber 13 is detected by a detector 17, a data of the scattered light from the detector 17 and a temperature data from the temperature sensor 4 are calculated by a calculation controller 5 to calculate a temperature distribution along a longitudinal direction of the optical fiber 13, a cost is reduced thereby, and the measuring error caused by the wavelength of the scattered light is also reduced thereby.</p> |
