<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil composition excellent in initial shudder- preventing property, having a long life in view of the shudder-preventing property and in addition a high between metal frictional coefficient, excellent in endurance of between metal frictional characteristics and capable of being used both in an automobile automatic transmission, a wet clutch for a construction/an agrochemical machine, bicycle, etc., especially for a lock up clutch equipped with a slip-regulating mechanism and/or a step-less transmission. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil composition is characterized by using mineral oil, synthetic oil or their mixed oil as base oil and incorporating less than specific amount of alkaline earth metal phenate and a succinic acid imide having a 5-36C hydrocarbon group and not containing a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate.</p> |
