PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transport pipe with a protective pipe having superior heat retaining property and sound insulation, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The flexible fluid transport pipe 1 and the flexible protective pipe 2 externally fitted to the fluid transport pipe 1 are integrated through an elastically deformable intermediate layer 3 having the configuration of the collection of bubbles.
