SOLUTION: The housing 1 for accommodating the piping function part 20 installed within the path of the water supply pipe 13 while allowing the pipe 13 to be taken in within a building is mounted on an opening part 5 formed outside a building foundation part 3, and a cover body 2 for preventing stormwater from flowing into the building frame 4 while taking the housing 1 as a guide is installed in such a manner as to be adjacent to the housing 1.</p> |
