PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interconnected rotating device having an assembly suspension for a baby carriage allowing the use of larger wheels to provide both an infant and a user with comfort. SOLUTION: This interconnected rotating device with the assembly suspension has two rotation support blocks 2 for supporting wheels 1 fixed to an undercarriage on X. A support spring 5 is provided inside the rotation support block 2. The rotation support block 2 has a rotational center Y, and a steering bar 3 is connected onto the rotational center.
