PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unvented burning warm-air space heater, in which odor components of unburned gas, which passes a fan guard at an ignition or shutoff time, and is emitted backward of the heater main body, is removed by application of a coating containing a deodorizing component on the surface of the fan guard to further reduce emission of the odor. SOLUTION: A fan guard 3 is provided to cover the heater main body 1 and an air inlet 2 in the main body 1. A coating 12 containing a deodorizing component is applied on the surface of the fan guard 3.
